All Hallows Eve

Hello World. And any Aliens tuning in. I know you're out there. Yeah, yeah you! Welcome to my blog!

So, it's nearing that time of year--Halloween. History class is filled with studies of the Celts and the English, Spanish filled with the Day of the Dead and the Aztecs, and my stupidly ignorant peers' brains are filled with costumes and parties and vandalism. Oh joy.

And what, may you ask, is Little Ol' Me doing on this fine holiday?

I, oh great readers, am staying home, watching Scary movies, spying on my killer neighbor Dexter, and chatting frantically with Lucy about the throws of Vladimir Tod. Kudos to those who understand the three implied references! You shall receive an Internet Cookie.

I honestly am not sure what I'll be doing tomorrow evening. I went to a Halloween Camp Out last weekend, and I am NOT going to wear that dreaded mask again. I'm thinking about just wearing my black clothes, and a cape, and going to my aunt Kellie's to scare off little children. That IS my yearly ritual. Maybe I'll convince my Mommy, and Mom (Grandmother, to whom I refer 'Mom', and my Mother, to whom I still refer to as 'my Mom,' or 'Mommy') and also perhaps Kellie of a scary movie theater run, or possibly a trip to a haunted house... However the day goes, I suppose.

Truth be told, Halloween just isn't as fun as it used to be, as a little kid. Holding my Mommy's hand whilst treading down the street, door to door trick-or-treating with the BFF's. I used to dress up as a Witch almost every year. That was fun. Besides, with my strict No Sugar diet I'm taking on, it's no fun. Maybe it's just time for me to break out Quarantine and The Strangers. I think I have Young Frankenstein here somewhere....

I wish you all a very awesome Halloween!!!!!!!!1

Lucy is My Friend

Let me introduce you to Lucy. No she is not the girl in the picture to the right. Lucy is my body fat.

Why do people hate their fat? My fat is my friend. It cushions my fall. In the winter it keeps me warm. It gives me shape. I like my fat.

When I sit down, I end up having Two fat folds. I know this may sound gross, but let me continue. The folds form a mouth. I fake a voice and laugh. It's actually pretty fun. People should try it.

Now, let me explain something. I am not morbidly obese. I'm not even a little obese. I'm actually pretty average. The only reason I really have folds when I sit down is because I slouch. If I didn't, goodbye Lucy's mouth. This is not a person making up an excuse to be lazy. I'm not lazy at all. I like to exercise. I like being fit and physically active. I'm just not obsessive about it. When I don't loose five pounds in two months, no problem. My clothes still fit. Boys still ask me out. I still keep up in gym. There's nothing really wrong with me.

People take their appearance too seriously. If a girl doesn't paint her face for one day, the world ends. Guys groan and moan when told to pull up their pants. If a shirt's too show-y, okay. That's fine. If a shirt's too baggy and conservative, OH LORD CALL 911! Is my zit gone yet?! I'm SO FAT!!!1 Why!?!?!?!??!111 *melodramatic sob.

When you can joke about your fat, your zits or your hair, then everything in the world is okay. No one will die. Just keep your boobs in your bra.

Why are people so stupid?

Hola Amigos!

Hello World. This is me. And yes, I am dressed up as Harry Potter. But that's not important.

A few things people put on their first blogs:

My name's Katie.

I'm 15. Hooray.

Yes, I have friends. I'll probably talk about them. No, I will not tell you their names.

Yes, I'm absolutely insane.

My hobbies are as follows:

Reading. Writing. Playing with my puppy doggy baby Suzy. Fiddling with Photoshop and such. Drawing. Watching TV. Dancing. Singing. Blahr blahr blahr. You get the point.

I'm not big on blogging. Probably will see more this week than ever, not very frequent.

I'm most likely to use this as a type of diary. But a public one. Weird. Like me.

So. Yeah. Bye.

For now.
